On the occasion of the discussions of the graduation thesis in the Master of Legal Drafting and Techniques of Legislation in Morocco, the second cohort, coordinated and supervised by Dr. Mohamed Hammam, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences, Ait Melloul, affiliated to Ibn Zohr University in Agadir, on this occasion, on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in a desirable precedent and recorded The aforementioned master, the college and the scientific committee shall discuss a research discussion to obtain a master’s degree on the subject of legislation translated into Tamazight, in Arabic and Tamazight, the two official languages ​​in the Kingdom’s constitution.
The subject of the master’s research, which was presented by student researcher Mustafa Elaz, and obtained his certificate with a very good distinction, was “Legislation translated into Tamazight: classification and study in models.”

The research was discussed under the supervision of Professor Mohamed Hammam, in front of a scientific committee composed of professors, Dr. Hassan Al-Talib, Professor of Higher Education for Translation, at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Agadir, Dr. Al-Hussein Bouyakoubi, Professor of Anthropology at the Faculty of Languages, Arts and Humanities Ait Melloul, and Dr. Said Al-Aituni, Professor of Law For the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences, Ait Melloul, and Professor Mohamed Aknad, a professor and expert translated into Tamazight.
Why applaud and emphasize the importance of this scientific and human rights initiative? Because many interested people and officials are still ignorant that Morocco has two official languages, Arabic and Tamazight, which were approved by the 2011 constitution. , in order to protect it from extinction, which is the goal of the state to recognize it.
