The conclusion of the Ait Hanini Memory Festival in its first edition
In the presence of a large audience from the residents of Tagajouine and the neighboring tribes (Ait Sakhman, Ait Hammad Ouissa, Ait Yahia, Ichkeren, Ait Miguel…) and representatives of the population and local authorities, the Ait Hanini Memory Festival was inaugurated in its first edition on Saturday, July 1, 2023, as part of the celebration of recognition The Royal High Commissioner celebrated the Amazigh New Year and declared it a national holiday and a paid holiday, under the slogan “Valuing immaterial capital is the basis for achieving sustainable development.”
This festival, the first of its kind in the region, featured multiple and varied activities, starting with a rural race in which five different age groups participated, as well as organizing an exhibition of local handicrafts and old tools with the participation of a local women’s cooperative, not to mention a creative workshop on script production in the Amazigh language under the supervision of the director. The filmmaker “Hamid Azizi”, then an intellectual symposium under the title: Immaterial capital and development, what is the relationship? With the participation of Mr. “Mustafa Omoush” as an educational researcher and specialist in linguistics, he touched on the subject of “the implications of the royal recognition of the Amazigh New Year”, and Mr. “Jamal Gobid”, the educational actor and researcher in social and political sciences, who exposed the issue of “the presence of immaterial capital in the new development model”, And also Mr. Abdullah Al-Dalani, a researcher in history and Sufi thought, who dealt with the topic of “the history of the Takajwin region and its role in defending the homeland.”
After presenting excellence awards to outstanding learners and learners in Takajouine schools, the artistic evening activities began with the recitation of clear verses from the Holy Quran by Mr. Mohammed VI, may God grant him victory and support.
The artistic evening was opened with the art of Ahidous by the “Ait Hanini” band, with the distinguished participation of the artist “Maymoun Arho” and his group and the artist “Hamamah”, with the presence of the great artists “Ihsain N. Boumia”, “Moha Amzian” and “Saeed Maghdish”. On the occasion, local artistic personalities were honored in Tajaouine, who gave a lot to Amazigh art and culture (Ahsaine N Boumia, Haddou Abkho, Mohi Achno, Ahbi Bendaoud). The evening also saw the participation of the distinguished poets “Hedou Abkho” and “Raho Ahtour”, as well as a youth musical group to encourage local talents. The activities of the festival were energized by the two brilliant young women, “Mona Bakhou” and “Maryam Seymouri”.
The organized festival was well received by the residents and all those present, as it refreshed the region's culture, identity and artistic potential, in the hope that it will be supported in the future by the concerned institutions on the horizon of its development and improvement of its paragraphs.
