The first photograph in history (France 1826)
Nicéphore Niépce is the owner of the first photograph taken in history, which dates back to the year 1826. Nicéphore was conducting many experiments when he was able, for the first time, to take the first photograph on a surface highly sensitive to light. It is noteworthy that Niépce was a scientist who knew some tricks in measuring the sensitivity of light on objects.

Taking the first photo in history took the equivalent of 12 hours, during which Niépce was able to capture all the shadows and movements that occurred in the photographic area, which clearly shows the illogicality of the image’s shadows.
