Agadir: Tarouano honors a group of pioneering women in the region
Yesterday evening, Tuesday, June 4, 2024, one of the banquet halls in Bensercao, Agadir, hosted a ceremony to acknowledge and honor a number of mothers of the Troano Association for Children in Difficult Situations.
The association recognized the material and moral support that these pioneering women provided to children living in difficult situations, and they lived with them times of joy by organizing a group of artistic, cultural and recreational activities, in an attempt to alleviate the burden of deprivation they were experiencing.
The ceremony opened in a joyful family atmosphere, with clear verses from the Holy Quran, the national anthem, and then a speech by the President of the Tarwano Association, Mrs. Saida Boujne, in which she welcomed the honorable audience. She thanked the mothers for answering the invitation to attend, and indicated during her speech that honoring pioneering mothers It embodies the role of the mother in building generations as the first school of society, emphasizing the importance of the active role of mothers in development efforts and creating a generation capable of bearing responsibility towards society and the nation. Mr. Hajj Hassan Rokne, a member of the office of the Tarwano Association, expressed his pride in honoring a group of pioneering women and exemplary mothers in appreciation of their role. In building promising generations and participating in the development process, pointing out that exemplary mothers provide a social and educational message that society relies on in creating a generation armed with solidarity, education and knowledge.
The honors were of interest to Mrs. Amina Marham, a person full of love for charitable work, which she was imbued with through her parents and her relationship with the Troano Association, which extends for more than 14 years, and her relationship is still ongoing and continuous with the children of the association.
And Mrs. Fatima Bouachraoui, who has been accompanying the association’s work since 2015, by providing donations of school supplies, books, clothes, bed covers, mattresses, and financial contributions to pay part of the supervisors’ salaries and to provide the association’s car insurance license for the Ramadan pause.
Mrs. Bouchra Zarroukman, an agricultural engineer, who worked in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Fisheries in Rabat, then in the banking sector in Casablanca, is currently the director of a company in Agadir. She loves drawing and volunteer work. She also loves the children of the Troano Association and provides them with material and moral support.
Mrs. Halima Al-Awam is a volunteer with civil society associations inside and outside Morocco. She worked in volunteer work in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She is considered the active element in attracting benefactors to the associations in order to contribute to covering the shortage. She organizes medical and social campaigns in the regions. Mountain, and awareness campaigns in addition to spreading the culture of establishing cooperatives and women's associations.
Mrs. Fatiha Fariq, a native of Essaouira, is a professor attached to higher education at Ibn Zohr College in Agadir, who had a modest experience in volunteer community work within the Tarouano Association.
Mrs. Mina Murad Karroum, bank executive, Vice President of the Dar Al-Rahha Association since 2019, an active member of the Bank Retirees Association and a social pole activist at the national level.
Mrs. Al-Fatihi Al-Alawi Fatima Al-Zahraa, Doctor of Pharmacy, joined the Social Works Committee of the Pharmacists Syndicate, and worked in it for more than 10 years. She is one of the founders of Al-Joud Charitable Works Association, and holds the position of Treasurer of this association, which consists of pharmacists, doctors, and some executives with volunteers. It carries out many social activities and works annually, in addition to medical convoys, with the aim of helping the vulnerable segment of society and relieving them as much as possible.
And Professor Jamila Jabour, who engaged in volunteer work in the year 2000 with her male and female students, organizing visits to homes for the elderly and institutions housing children in difficult situations, and being aware of the role of the teacher in enriching school life and consolidating the principles of volunteerism and solidarity among young people, and she expanded her volunteer activity by becoming involved in several activist groups. in the field.
Mrs. Salwa Mwakni, who is considered one of the mothers of Tarwano children, is keen to be present with them heart and soul and believes in the success of each one of them, under the supervision of all those who watch over this association.
This meeting, which was attended by members of the Dashira Community Council and many distinguished guests and mothers, concluded with a tea party in honor of the honorable attendees and guests.
For reference, the Tarouano Association for Children in Difficult Situations, whose current headquarters is located in the Tekme Avolkin project in the jihadist region of Inezgane-Ait Melloul prefecture, was founded in 2009 and is headed by Mrs. Saida Boujne, accompanied by a group of executives in administrative and financial management tasks.
