The Amazigh flag is present at the coronation of Wydad Casablanca in the African Champions League
Wydad Casablanca won the CAF-Champions-League Cup, after defeating Al-Ahly of Egypt 2-0 in the final match that was held at Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca last night, 30May, 2022.
The podium for the coronation of Wydad team players was known as a strong presence of the Amazigh flag, which was raised by the professional player Badi Aouruk to celebrate the coronation, and the last coronation of Wydad on this podium was in 2017, after his first victory in the late last century.
This cup is considered the seventh in Morocco's balance of the African Champions League cups, and the third in the balance of Wydad, which modified the number of cups for the Raja Casablanca team, which won three titles, in addition to the only title won by the Royal Army team.
