The Belgian embassy in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, has adopted  the Berber language and its letter Tifinagh, in the front of the embassy and in the guidance panels inside its main facilities.
 After the German embassy, ​​the Belgian embassy wrote its facade, signs and directions inside the European diplomatic body in Rabat in the Berber language along with Arabic, French and Dutch.

 Rakha called on European embassies to pay attention to Tamazight as an official language in the Moroccan constitution and law, and to give it its place in the European diplomacy adopted in Rabat, by teaching it in European missions, schools and institutes located in Morocco.
Rakha also called on the representatives of European countries in Rabat to invoke the Amazigh language in the cultural and social activities and programs that the embassies of European countries are keen to organize in Morocco.
