Amazighs concerts, art exhibitions… in Melilla
The first edition of the Iwa fest in occupied Melilla presents a poster of artists with different musical styles combined with singing from around the world, and during the weekend, the fortress of Victoria Grande and Victoria Chica will host the musical performances of this festival, including Amazigh concerts.
Bab Le Blues will also perform during this festival. This Franco-Moroccan group revolutionized the music industry by fusing Gnaoua music with Amazigh-Atlantic echoes. Melilla will have a diverse cultural program this weekend filled with concerts, art exhibitions, seminars and round tables.
On Friday 7 October, Naima Mokhtar will present her show at 7:00 pm, Akraf Band at 8:00 pm In addition to others, concert tickets can be purchased through the festival website (www.iwafest.es) at a price of 20 euros for two days or 12 euros for a day. It can also be purchased at the Rosadire Hotel, starting on Saturday.
