Algeria... The launch of Tamazight education for adults
The High Prefecture of Tamazight in Algeria announced the launch of the new school year 2022-2023, which is dedicated to teaching Tamazight to adults, in the context of the literacy and adult education mechanism that exists across the states of Algeria.
The registration process began, according to Algerian media sources, in the new departments at the headquarters of the Amazigh High Prefecture, and it was set Saturday, October 22, at nine in the morning, to begin receiving the teachers in parallel with the continuation of the old departments.
The mechanism for teaching Tamazight for adults is entering its seventh season, at the initiative of the High Authority for Amazigh, which is the fruit of a successful partnership with the Algerian Association “Read” and the National Office for Literacy and Adult Education.
