The American company “SpaceX” announced the date when the Starship spacecraft might launch on its first orbital flight.
"The Starship's first orbital flight is likely to be carried out on April 17, the launch plan approved by the US Federal Aviation Administration," a post on the company's website said.

According to the publication, “The vehicle is supposed to be launched into Earth’s orbit from the Boca Chica Space Launch Pad in Texas.
“The Starship team is preparing for the launch rehearsal that will take place next week, after which the first flight test will take place in an orbital flight for the vehicle,” SpaceX said on its Twitter page.
SpaceX announced the Starship project for the first time during the Adelaide Space Conference, which was held in Australia in 2017, and revealed the initial design of the vehicle in 2018.

It is assumed that “SpaceX” will adopt this type of rocket vehicle in long-range space trips, such as trips to Mars and the Moon.
