The women's meeting was also an occasion to honor village women and to be proud of exercising their right to participate in making decisions that concern them and to express their ideas freely. It was also an opportunity for the actual integration of the participatory approach into associative work and the practice of sustainable development because of its positive sensitization role that contributes to strengthening the confidence of rural women in their capabilities, and enhancing their effective role in contributing to moving the local economic wheel, as the female component is considered the target group, and the largest number of the population Permanently residing in the tribal circles.
On the one hand, this initiative seeks to create a dynamic of communication among women on special awareness issues: such as the health of women, mothers and children, and to benefit from guidelines in the field of health awareness and to promote positive behaviors for individual and collective health.

The activity also touched on the role of women in improving the living conditions of vulnerable families, and the advanced status of women as a lever for the advancement of local development.
On the other hand, the communicative meeting aims to create interaction between the female component, and encourage women to adopt small income-generating projects, within the horizon of agglomeration within productive women's cooperatives, to contribute to the empowerment of women socially and economically. Which may undoubtedly contribute to restoring women's position as an active and productive party within the social fabric of Susi Al-Abdalawi.
The event comes as a response to the harsh conditions of life at a time of broken thoughts, and the low standard of rural living conditions, after the deterioration of subsistence farming, which is usually adopted in the region, as a result of the scarcity of rain, the lack of groundwater, and the desiccation of the land. the multiplication of wild boar and its frequent corruption of crops, in the absence of biodiversity; And overgrazing aborted the remaining revenues of fruit trees and wild herbs as a seasonal source of livelihood for the population, just as the cochineal worm completely eradicated the fruit of wild figs in the region.

For reference, not so long ago, the life of the mountainous Susiya woman was linked to the land, nature, the agricultural cycle, and manual labor on a daily basis, but to factors beyond her control, some of which are due to the action of nature, and some of which are human actions. A wealth-producing element to a simple consumer struggling in secret for survival, the mountainous Sussiya woman remained for a long time in a waiting room imposed on her by the bitter reality that defeated the false promises that shine on the papers of officials who passed by and forgot to return in fulfillment of the covenant.
In general, the initiative is an attempt to diagnose a bitter reality and offer alternatives to address it. It is also a tribute to the patient woman who resists all kinds of despair and marginalization in the valley of the Small Atlas Mountains, and an opportunity to give consideration to the efforts of the population that struggles in silence, with conviction, dignity and high spirit in order to survive and continue within a semi-geographical area. Forgotten where fragility expands day after day.
