Every year, the American "TIME" magazine highlights the best inventions that make the world better, smarter, and more fun.
To compile each year's list, TIME solicits nominations from a diverse group of editors and reporters around the world, then evaluates each competitor based on key factors, including creativity, impact, ambition and potency.
Among the list of 100 inventions for the year 2019, Al Arabiya.net today selected 10 of the most important ones for our daily lives, with a priority to make the lives of people of determination better and easier:
1-Talking headphones
New medical headphones have been invented that amplify sound and reduce the noise associated with it, while providing them with sensors that work according to an artificial intelligence system that allows verbal answers to questions, such as the smart assistant, and the translation of conversations from foreign languages into the user's language.
The talking stethoscopes also provide special protection features for the elderly, such as sending an alert when someone falls or is exposed to an emergency health crisis, as well as measuring physical activity.
2-Medical talking glasses
For those who suffer from vision problems, this new invention could be an effective way to change their lives. Described as “talking glasses,” the invention is an artificial intelligence device that can be attached to the frame of any eyeglasses and can recognize faces, coins, or read text and information from barcodes aloud clearly audible to the user.

Millions of people around the world suffer from food insecurity, and experts expect that these millions are likely to increase steadily with the exacerbation of climate change.
AeroFarms founders say their idea is a covered farming technology that requires 95% less water than traditional open field farming.
The key advance of the company's patented technology is a new growing method, in which seeds are planted in damp cloth instead of soil. AeroFarms technology has already produced crops such as kale and watercress on a large scale.

11-Smart Hand

12- An electronic hand washing device
Christine Schindler, a biomedical engineer, invented the PathSpot, which uses a light-detection algorithm to scan hands for harmful contamination, an electronic device for washing and examining hands before work or eating to prevent poisoning.
