The Moroccan Insurance University announced the activation of the coverage system against the consequences of catastrophic events for the benefit of victims of the Al Haouz earthquake.

The same source stated that the list of contracts that give their owners the right to compensation for material or physical damage, or both, provided that they are present in one of the areas declared as disaster areas, is represented by insurance contracts that cover property damage, such as multi-risk housing insurance, multi-risk insurance for industrial premises, as well as Multi-risk insurance for shops.

The Moroccan Insurance University confirmed that the insured and beneficiaries of compensation services must submit their declarations and compensation requests no later than November 7, 2023.
