A group of Tunisian Arabists who are fanatical about Arabism demanded that it be banned from circulation. For 14 centuries, a dirty cultural war was waged against the Amazigh people against their identity, which God created upon them. Their history was obliterated, forged and falsified, their Amazigh language was marginalized, they were prevented from teaching, speaking in it, and from administrative dealings.
