"King Menes (Narmer)"
Mina unified the two countries, he was a pharaoh of the First Egyptian Dynasty.
His real name → Narmer, Mina, Narmer. He was born in the city of Thebes, currently Luxor.
He is considered the first king of the First Dynasty who was able to unify the two sides of Upper and Lower Egypt, namely the Kingdom of the North and the Kingdom of the South.
In the past, the Kingdom of the North was called (Ta-Hammu), meaning the land of the North, and the Kingdom of the South was called (Ta-Shammu), meaning the Land of the South. Narmer founded a new capital for the country after its unification and called it (Enb Jah), meaning the White Wall.
King Menes is credited with achieving political unity. By forming the first central government in the history of Egypt, in the First Dynasty, he was able to establish the first ruling family in the history of Pharaonic Egypt. King Menes wanted to achieve the unity of the country, so he established a city near the head of the delta connecting the north to the south. It was the city of the White Wall and was later named ( Memphis), and this unity was an important factor in the renaissance of Egypt and various aspects of life.
He was also given several titles, such as: - King of the Two Lands - Owner of the Two Crowns - Eagle of the South - Serpent of the North.
He was married to Queen Nehotep - the oldest queen of ancient Egypt.
His reign did not last long; King Menes died through a conspiracy, and this conspiracy succeeded in getting rid of the king by killing him with a dagger in the back of his head. Everyone thought it was just an injury, but the truth came out and showed that it was a conspiracy and it succeeded in killing the king. He died in 3125 BC in Pharaonic Egypt.
