The snow of Al Haouz Province brings joy to the visitors and grief to the people of the house
The recent snowfalls in the Al Haouz province have brought joy and happiness to the hearts of visitors, especially tourists who love to practice winter sports, a phenomenon that was observed on Friday, March 29, in the Oukaimeden region, which is located at an altitude of 2,700 meters, and which was dressed in white.
The rains that the region witnessed exposed the neglect and indifference that the inhabitants of these mountains still suffer from, who pinned their hopes on reconstruction so that they could enjoy homes to replace their homes whose existence was destroyed by the earthquake of September 8, and who are still settling in worn-out tents that are unable to protect them from the harsh weather.
It is certain that those affected by the September 8 earthquake received popular and humanitarian solidarity that was unparalleled when the earthquake occurred, but today, with climate fluctuations and delayed reconstruction, solidarity has become imposed with continued support, brotherhood, and more social solidarity.
Certainly, a foreigner or tourist may enjoy the view of white snow and practicing winter sports, given his availability of all the necessities to protect him from the bitter cold, while the residents of the region miss out on this enjoyment, as they are barely able to keep themselves alive under these conditions that lack the minimum conditions for life.
On the other hand, the Regional Vigilance Committee continues the process of removing the isolation of rural districts affected by the cold wave, which numbered 80 village districts, in addition to reopening rural roads that are likely to be interrupted by the snow.
