The ancient Egyptians introduced the oldest beer factory in history.!! It is more than 5 thousand years old, by an Egyptian-American mission in the Abydos area, one of the most important burial areas in ancient Egypt in the Western Desert in Sohag Governorate in Upper Egypt. The mission found 8 fermentation units that included 40 vessels for mixing wheat and water. The factory was producing about 22,400 liters of beer in record time, and it may have been built in this place specifically to provide the required beer.
