Madghis Muhammad Omadi, from the city of Yafran, Libya. He studied sociolinguistics, where he obtained a master’s degree from Stanford University in California. He is a first-class painter and shows an interest in the arts. However, his desire to open a new field to his mother tongue made him interested in technology. He has many talents. He created the Tawalt website, which is concerned with everything related to Amazigh, and the first magazine in the Amazigh language in Libya, Armat (ⴰⵔⵎⴰⵜ), and developed curricula for teaching the Amazigh language to primary school students in a wonderful scientific and educational manner. He is one of the founders of the Ibran satellite channel, the first Amazigh channel in Libya.

Mas Madgis's first innovation in this field was to program a keyboard that made writing with the Tifinagh letter possible, on Apple and Android devices.
He created an electronic dictionary that includes more than 70,000 Amazigh words, and then a date converter that converts the Amazigh calendar to Gregorian and Hijri.
In addition to this, Madgis contributed to introducing the Amazigh language to the Unicode encoding system and to Facebook at the beginning of 2016.
