[rtl]نبدأ بسكب الطحين تدريجيا مع الخلط ولا ننسى اضافة ملعقة صغيرة من الملح، نسكب الطحين مع الاستمرار في الخلط حتى نتحصل على عجينة تلتصق باليد.[/rtl]

ندهن كل طبقة بالزبدة ونضعها فوق بعضها ببعض.
نغطيها بكيس بلاستيكي وندخله الى الثلاجة لمدة 25 دقيقة.
بعد 25 دقيقة.
نخرجها من الثلاجة ونذهب بها الى سطح العمل، نرش بقليل من الطحين.
نفتح ونبسط العجينة وهي فوق بعضها البعض وهنا يكمن سر التوريق.
نبسطها الى سمك 0.5 سم.
