It should be noted that the Al-Qamar Library was built by the real estate developer, Yahya Qamar, from his own money, in an elegant suit and with modern equipment that suits the specifications of modern libraries, as it mainly took into account the category of people with special needs by providing the necessary access and elevators for them. This initiative is considered a pioneer in the city and an exceptional step in an area known for the expansion of urbanization and commercial real estate, the encroachment of concrete forests in front of green spaces, and the lack of cultural facilities and related infrastructure. Therefore, this achievement restored hope to the residents of the city and made them aspire to a better future full of science and knowledge, changing the formed stereotype.
