A NASA astronaut photographed an amazing scene of the Northern Lights.
NASA astronauts Josh Casada, Nicole Mann, and Jaksa Koichi Wakata, while orbiting above Earth early in the morning of February 26, 2023, spotted this glowing aurora borealis from the dome of the International Space Station.

Cassada and Man filmed this video, which shows a dazzling view of this phenomenon from the International Space Station, approximately 400 km from Earth.
NASA astronaut Josh Casada posted the photo on his Twitter account on Tuesday, February 28, commenting on the post with the phrase: "Totally unrealistic."

Kasada has been aboard the International Space Station since last October, with Nicole Mann of NASA, Japanese astronaut Koichi Wakata and Russian astronaut Anna Kikina.
