Nador: The Amazigh calendar “between the politics of marginalization and the falsification of history”
A group of Amazigh events are organizing a ceremony to commemorate the Amazigh New Year “Askas Amino” 2974 under the slogan: The Amazigh Calendar “Between the Politics of Marginalization and the Falsification of History,” on Sunday, January 14, 2024, in Kadi Kaddour Square behind the L’Artiste Café on the Nador Corniche.
To celebrate this occasion, the Amazigh events developed a diverse program, including a book fair - and an exhibition of Amazigh heritage - in addition to presenting committed songs, during the morning period of the celebration.
While in the evening, an Amazigh figure will be honored, in addition to a dedicated artistic evening.
