?Did you know that the maker of “Lisan Al-Arab” is Amazigh
And he is not Arab, as the people of the phonetic phenomenon have rumored!!
Ibn Manzur (1232 AD - 1311 AD) (630 AH - 711 AH) was an Amazigh writer, historian, and scholar of Islamic jurisprudence and the Arabic language. One of his most famous books is the Dictionary of Lisan Al-Arab. He is Muhammad bin Makram bin Ali Abu Al-Fadl Jamal Al-Din Ibn Manzur Al-Ansari Al-Ruwaifa’i Al-Ifriqi. He was born in the month of Muharram in the year (630 AH / 1232 AD). There were different sayings about his place of birth. It was said in Gafsa, Tunisia, and it was said in Tripoli, Libya. He studied under Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Tufayl, Murtada ibn Hatim, Youssef al-Mukhaili, Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn al-Muqayr al-Baghdadi, and the scholar al-Sabouni. He served in the Court of Construction in Cairo, then became judge in Tripoli. He became blind in the last years of his life and died in Egypt in the month of Shaban in the year (711 AH / 1311 AD).
I can almost say that you will not find a brilliant scholar, a serious thinker, or a true philosopher of Arab origin in the history of Islam. They are always busy fighting for power, as Ibn Khaldun (the Amazigh) pointed out, because they are characterized by extreme brutality, as he put it, except for some recently enlightened people who are worthy of respect and appreciation.
