Al-Bashagha bin Yahya bin Issa Al-Hilali was born rich and arrogant, grew up a thug, and died poor and humiliated, with the trait of betrayal following him.
Al-Bash Agha bin Yahya bin Issa is from a well-known family in the south of Titari (Djelfa Province). He belongs to the throne of the sons of Yahya bin Salem from the Ould Nayel tribe from stomach of  Zaghba Al-Hilalia. He declared his loyalty to France in 1842. He participated in overthrowing the fellowship of Emir Abdelkader in 1843 with the army of Duke Dolman Henri. Dorlio participated in his campaign on May 16, 1843, and it was a major tragedy in the resistance of Emir Abdelkader.
In the year 1847, this traitor was able to convince the entire Ould Nile tribe, especially the Zoghbiya tribe, to make peace with France and to offer them a helping hand in order to complete the occupation of the land of Algeria, especially when persuading the Caliph Sharif Al-Ahrach to surrender. As a result, he was appointed as Pashagha of Tetari and Arbaa on November 29 of the same year, and Sharif Al-Ahrach was appointed Pashagha of Ouled Nile by General Ladmirault, and later as Caliph, when France realized that it was not possible to keep a large portion of Awlad Nile in the circle of “Ahmed bin Salem.” "Bin Yahya bin Issa."
In the years 1848-1850, he participated with his mercenary army in fighting the Zaatasha revolution, of whom more than 2,500 Shawis were exterminated. The survivors fled to their people in the Aures in the village of Nara, which also paid a heavy price. Then he participated in eliminating the revolutionaries of Laghouat in 1851, then he betrayed the revolutionary Al-Maqrani in the year 1848-1850. 1871.
For unknown reasons, he lost all the wealth he had gained from his war against the Algerian people, then he died in 1881 like a sick and poor dog.
