However, the reality may disappoint you. Because what we see on this image is much more likely a fracture formed quite naturally, by shearing. The result, perhaps, of a kind of tension that ended up partially breaking the rock. No doubt on the occasion of a earthquake like the one recently recorded by the mission InSight.
