The Ait Baha group concludes a partnership agreement with a specialized association to download the official character of the Amazigh language.
From close media sources, the Ait Baha Territorial Community in the Ashtouka Ait Baha region undertook a unique experience in a partnership with a civil association to implement the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Constitution and the Organizational Law to activate the official character of the Amazigh language.
In the details, the sources indicated that the Ait Baha group, in a precedent of its kind at the national level, unanimously approved, on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, in the regular session of February, a partnership agreement between it and the Telele N Oudrar Association to activate the official character of the Amazigh language in the soil of the group.
A partnership agreement was signed and ratified between the Ait Baha territorial community and the “Tellen Adrar Cultural and Social Association” on activating the official character of the Amazigh language, during the work of the regular session for the month of February, within the framework of downloading the work program of the “Ait Baha” group to activate the official character of the Amazigh language According to what was stated in Organizational Law No. 26.16 related to defining the stages of activating the official character of the Amazigh language, and the methods of its integration in the field of education and in the priority areas of life.
The agreement regulates the editing of documents intended for the public in the Amazigh language (the agendas of the collective council sessions, the summary of the reports of the council’s sessions, the announcements directed to the public, …), and the organization of training courses for elected officials, collective employees and local actors in writing and editing in the Amazigh language, and seminars and round tables on preserving the Amazigh identity Ait Baha area.
It also includes cooperation between the group, the association, the university and institutions interested in Amazigh culture in order to carry out research, studies and publications dealing with the Ait Baha region.
And in implementation of the requirements of Article 38 of the Noble Decree No.: 1.15.85, issued on: Ramadan 20, 1436 AH corresponding to (July 07, 2015) with the implementation of Law No.: 113.14 related to groups, the Ait Baha Community Council held a meeting within the framework of its regular session for the month of February, 2023, and that On Tuesday, February 07, 2023, at ten o'clock in the meeting room at the group's headquarters. The agenda of the session included the following points:
1 - Presentation of the results of the work of the Ait Baha Community Council for the year 2022
2- Reconsideration and ratification of the work program of the Ait Baha territorial community for the mandate period 2022/2027.
3 - Discussing the problem of frequent outages of drinking water, Byte Baha.
4- Discussing and approving the renewal of an agreement and cooperation contract between the Ait Baha territorial commune and the “Adrar” institution for inter-communal cooperation regarding: the use of the upper floor of the northern tower to collect local products and handicrafts as a temporary administrative headquarters for the institution.
5- Discussing and approving a partnership agreement between the Ait Baha Territorial Community and the “Telle n Adrar Cultural and Social Association” on activating the official character of the Amazigh language.
