100 to 150 gm pure henna powder (depending on the length of your hair)
8 to 10 curry leaves
2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
1 tablespoon amla powder
1 tablespoon mustard oil

How to prepare
In a pot, boil a liter of water. Once it boils add the curry leaves and methi seeds. Leave this mixture to drink so that the fenugreek seeds do not lose their color .
Strain the mixture and reserve the water. Now add amla and henna powders. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Now add mustard oil and leave the mixture for at least two hours before use .
If the mixture becomes too thick to use, you can add more mustard oil to achieve a thinner consistency .
How to use

Section your hair into small sections. Wear gloves and using your hands, cover each of these sections from roots to ends liberally with the henna hair pack. Tie your hair in a bun and wear a plastic shower cap.
Alternatively you can also use a sachet. This will ensure that the henna pack does not dry out completely and is easy to rinse off. Leave the pack on your hair for 45 minutes to an hour, before washing it out with a gentle shampoo.
