Casablanca: Thirty digital exhibitors gather to discuss the stakes and opportunities of staged services
The twentieth session of the International Exhibition for Call Centers in Morocco - Siccam, will be held from June 20 to 21 in Casablanca, under the slogan: Artificial Intelligence: Risks and Opportunities of the Staged Services Sector in Morocco, with the participation of about thirty exhibitors in the digital field, staged services, And managing customer relations in Morocco, representing six countries from Africa and Europe: Belgium, Switzerland, Egypt, Mauritania and France, in addition to El Salvador, which will host the exhibition activities for the next year 2024.
This exhibition is an opportunity to introduce the continuous digital transformation that the field of phased services knows, which is rapidly evolving towards new forms of activities and jobs. It is also an occasion during which experts will present, on the one hand, the risks that this sector faces due to the developments brought by artificial intelligence; On the other hand, they will argue on the contrary that “man wants to maintain human communication and at the same time benefit from intelligent innovations and cooperate with intelligent mechanisms.”
Innovative projects and technological and social innovations will be presented and some of them will be rewarded with the traditional Siccam Awards, in the presence of new generation entrepreneurs who will present their presentations in the areas of contact centers, information technology and new technologies, and participating exhibitors will present to professional visitors successful models of new trades and activities that are witnessing the greatest growth.
