The organizers are seeking to implement the Green Mountain Strategy 2020-2030 to support local products in order to create an economic dynamism at the regional level, given the increasing demand for various marketing channels, after the Corona pandemic, and after the successes of the previous editions of the National Exhibition for Local Products.
This distinguished economic event in the Souss-Massa region aims, on the one hand, to support the spatial approach of the region and to create a space for security exchange between the various actors, and on the other hand, to consolidate cooperation and partnership between the various actors and economic organizations interested in developing the local products sector while encouraging youth entrepreneurship and supporting Social protection for farmers.

In addition to evaluating the efforts made to promote local products and contributing to strengthening the technical and scientific capabilities of the participants by organizing scientific seminars, tasting workshops, and training and application workshops in order to value the targeted production chains such as argan, honey, dates, almonds, saffron, henna, medicinal and aromatic plants, adults, snails, cactus, roses, couscous and olive oil.
