Kief cultivation in northern Morocco: transformations and prospects
The Research Group in Geography, Society, and Environment, in coordination with the Research Group on Human Field and Social Dynamics at Moulay Ismail University, Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences, is organizing an international symposium on the topic, “Kif cultivation in northern Morocco, transformations and prospects,” on May 19-20, 2023, at the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences - Meknes.
This symposium is being held within the framework of a research project within the Ibn Khaldun Program to support scientific research in the field of humanities and social sciences.
The symposium will feature a high-level discussion on the problem of cannabis cultivation and its relationship to the socio-cultural situation in the areas of its cultivation, in connection with the legal texts issued in this context and the developments that came in this direction.
