Ponte della Vittoria
Known as the Victory Bridge, this 1920s bridge is an iconic white stone landmark over the Adige River. The bridge was created as a memorial to honor Verona's war dead and commemorate the victory over the Austro-Hungarian Empire during World War I. The bridge features 3 arches and marble-like stones covering the internal concrete structure, giving it strength and appeal. Four equestrian statues on columns on either side of the bridge's two entrances represent victory. There is an inscription depicting the words of King Vittorio Emanuele III of Italy dedicated to Italian soldiers on the base of the bridge.

It is a luxurious building that is a symbol of Verona and the opera. It is one of the largest Roman amphitheaters in the world, as it can accommodate up to 30,000 people. One of the city's oldest and best-preserved historical monuments, it once hosted gruesome events such as gladiator fights, hunting competitions, as well as entertainment shows, such as equestrian circuses, pageants, and many more. Situated on top of a green hill, Castel San Pietro is a walled city famous for traces of early settlements dating back to the 7th century BC. From this vantage point, you can enjoy the expansive view of the entire city as well as the pure Adige River, which is especially beautiful at dusk and dawn. San Pietro Castle still contains the ruins of the ancient castle of San Pietro, built by Gian Galeazzo Visconti in the 14th century and later demolished by Napoleon's forces.
