The play “Tazdayt ne Yil Duzagar” is on tour in several cities
The Professional Association of Horizons of the South for Dramatic Arts in Agadir presented its new theatrical performance under the title “Tazdayt ni Yil Dozagar” based on the original text “Nahs Al-Bahr, Nahs Al-Lar”, written by Mr. Mohamed Mashti, which the artist Mohamed Ait Si Adi translated into the Amazigh language and also directed this work. .
The show, which was witnessed in the large hall of the Oudaden Cultural Complex, in the Benserkaw area of Agadir, opened on the evening of Saturday, December 16, on a cliff adjacent to the sea and the land, as it is the dividing line between them and the link between an audience who loves theater and follows the new theater speaking the Amazigh language. What also distinguished the show was the presence of a group of artists and professors. And intellectuals, in addition to a group of young people who applauded warmly for what the actors presented in their roles on stage, such as the artist Kabira Al-Bardouz, who played the role of “Thathrit” and Ahmed Fadil in the role of “Qassem”, while the artist Abdelaziz Boujaada took over the production management, and the scenography was carried out by Hamid Al-Helou and Karim Bonet in the film. Implementation of scenography and lighting by Khaled Lakthif, General Governor Kulthum Al-Dakish, and Ahmed Boujaada in documentation and media.
This theatrical work, which falls within the framework of the annual support “2023” provided by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, Culture Sector, Theater Department, talks about the life path of a couple who live their lives on the margins of the life of the wealthy, a life they became accustomed to and adapted to its fluctuations, and they drank from the nervousness of the sea until their relationship became imprinted. With hidden violence, negative violence without complications, violent love, savage love, sparkling love whose revolution is only extinguished by the roar of the sea that intervenes as a referee to separate them, a difficult but spacious life, and does not prevent them from dreaming of a tomorrow that only their imaginations can comprehend.
For reference, after the first show in the city of Tiznit and the second in the city of Agadir, the Professional Horizons of the South troupe for dramatic arts will tour across the Kingdom, where theater lovers will meet with the third show on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the Sidi Beliout Cultural Complex in the city of Casablanca, in coordination with the Sidi Beliout Province, at 2:00 p.m. Seven o'clock in the evening, then another show at the Dar Al-Shabab space on August 20 in the city of Khemisset, in coordination with the Khemisset Theater Troupe, on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at five in the evening.
