5mysteries about ancient Egyptian civilization that have not been revealed in detail yet 1----z14
Egyptian civilization is considered one of the greatest civilizations in human history, if not the greatest of all time. Why not, when the roots of Egyptian civilization go deep into history with a huge amount of discoveries, treasures and archaeological buildings whose beauty and accuracy are unmatched by anything else. Despite the greatness and quality of the discoveries, mystery still dominates many of these discoveries.
Here are some things that are still a mystery and all the details have not yet been revealed.
1. The hidden rooms in the Great Pyramid of Giza

In 1993, the Upuaut 2 crawling robot discovered a small door in the southern column of the pyramid, behind which an empty space and another door were later found.
In 2010, the new Djedi robot took photos from behind the first door that showed brass handles and colorful graphics.
Moreover, although no one had entered the shaft for 9 years, new scratches appeared on its walls and ceiling. In 2023, a 9-meter-long corridor was revealed inside the pyramid, which is currently being discovered. The discovery has been described as the greatest of the twentieth century.
2. What is the real age of the Great Pyramid?

An inventory tablet found in Giza in the 19th century says that Khufu ordered the restoration of the Sphinx, not its construction. This, along with the grooves on its body that resulted from erosion that took about 8,000 years, puts doubts about the age of the Great Pyramid: Some experts also believe that the age of the Great Pyramid is perhaps more than ten thousand years, while Egyptologists believe that the age of the Great Pyramid is about 2500 years, the era of the pyramid builders.
3. Thermal mystery of the Great Pyramid:

Infrared thermal imaging research from 2016 showed inexplicable cavities under the Great Pyramid as well as near its top. The lower recesses are assumed to be either a room that has not yet been found or an underground passage. The Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities has not provided any comments on the matter yet.
4. Pyramid building technology:

Chemist Joseph Davidowitz states that the blocks were made on top of each other, and this would explain their weight and the lack of gaps between them. However, geologists and paleontologists argue that the blocks are processed sedimentary rocks, which refutes Davidovits' theory. There is not yet a single hypothesis that can be proven correct about how the pyramids were built and whether the stones were moved and lifted or were they cast in place.
5. The curse of Tutankhamun’s tomb:

When studying Tutankhamun's tomb in 1922, Howard Carter found a plaque with text about a harsh punishment that would follow the opening of the sealed tomb. Carter could not believe it himself, but by 1930, there were reports of 22 deaths among those who were present when the grave was opened, as well as their family members.
There is still no confirmed explanation for the " Curse of the Pharaohs ," and the only theory is that the poison on the walls of the tomb and the sarcophagus are the ones responsible for the deaths, in addition to dust, bacteria, and bad air inside the tomb, which has been closed for more than 3,000 years.
