The oldest complaint in the history of humanity is a complaint letter dating back (3800 years) from a Babylonian citizen to an official.
It dates back to about 1750 BC in the ancient city of Ur
The nature of the archaeological clay tablet can be summed up in a letter of complaint from a man named (Nani) to his supplier, called (Al-Nasr).
In fact, this letter contains a lot of complaints, as it seems that Al-Nasr was supplying Nani with poor quality copper after his transit trip (to the Persian Gulf) during which he was collecting it, not to mention that he is responsible for many delays in the delivery of goods and goods, and on top of all of this, it seems He was rude to the servants whom Nani sent to bring the goods.
Nani added in that letter, which was filled with complaining and boredom:

The letter continues: I sent you messengers from the best of society, just like you and me, in order to retrieve my bag of money, but by sending them empty-handed several times, you have treated me with disdain, and this is through enemy countries.
Nani's complaint does not end here. He continues:
Is there anyone among the merchants who do business with Dilmun, a city in Mesopotamia, who treated me in this way? You alone treat my messengers with such disdain.
He concluded in his letter: You should know that I am from now on
I will not accept any copper from you that is not of good quality
I will also choose from now on and take the bullion myself in the courtyard of my house, and I will also exercise my right to refuse with you because you treated me with disdain.
This tablet is located as a permanent part of a private collection in the British Museum, but it is not on display to visitors, and we do not know why.
