The Regional Association of Amazigh Language Teachers and Teachers Fez-Meknes organized, on Sunday 02 October, a communication meeting for the benefit of Amazigh language teachers and teachers in the region.
At the meeting, those gathered stressed “the need to respect the contents of the ministerial notes regulating the time envelope devoted to the Amazigh language (notes 130 and 116) and to propose a charter of honor between the professors of the subject.”
In a statement after the meeting, he called on the Amazigh teachers to “reconsider the annual quota allocated to the Amazigh language teachers in promotion to the first degree instead of merging them with the dual professors, and to open a channel of communication between professors and the regional and regional inspectors in order to study the problem posed by the use of time.” .
They also demanded "the necessity of opening an inspection match for the Amazigh language subject - a specialized educational inspector for the subject-"
The Regional Association of Amazigh Language Teachers and Teachers Fez-Meknes expressed its denunciation of “the cancellation of the regional academy for education and training, the results of the match for coaches of artistic and literary openness, specializing in the Amazigh language,” calling for “the need to open a serious discussion with the director of the regional academy for education and training at the regional level to study and find solutions to problems.” In which workshops for teaching the Amazigh language are floundering at the level of the region.”
It also expressed its condemnation of "some practices that Tamazight language teachers are exposed to by some principals and inspectors of other subjects inside schools and forcing them to burn outside working hours."
The participants in the meeting stressed “the necessity of continuing communicative meetings with new professors at the beginning of the academic year, and strengthening national coordination between regional and regional associations in order to track and keep pace with workshops for teaching the Amazigh language.”
They called for “the necessity of advocating for the teaching of the Amazigh culture and language to the members of the community, and the appointment of teachers specialized in teaching it every year,” calling in the same statement “all teachers and teachers of the Amazigh language at the national level to engage and form regional and regional offices for teachers and teachers of the language.” Amazigh".
 
The same source called for “organizing special trainings for Tamazight teachers and teachers, just like the rest of the teachers of other subjects, providing textbooks and involving teachers and teachers of the Amazigh language in preparing them.”
The regional association of teachers and teachers of the Amazigh language, Fez-Meknes, also called for “encouraging university courses for Amazigh studies at the university level, increasing the number of positions allocated to the Amazigh language every year in the competition for access to regional centers for the professions of education and training, and generalizing and improving the teaching of the Amazigh language horizontally and vertically.” .”
