Amazigh poetic creativity is developing through a group of publications that have enriched the national treasury
Yesterday, Wednesday in Rabat, the Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture organized a poetry evening to celebrate World Poetry Day, which falls on March 21 of each year.
The director of the Center for Artistic Studies, Literary Expressions and Audiovisual Production at the Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture, Ahmed El-Munadi, said in a statement to the Amazigh portal of the Maghreb Arab Press on the occasion, that this celebration falls within the framework of the interest that the Institute devotes to celebrating international and national days for culture and arts, and in commemoration of World Poetry Day. .
The caller recorded that Amazigh poetic creativity is developing through a group of publications that have enriched the national and Moroccan treasury, highlighting in this regard the National Award for Amazigh Literary Creativity awarded by the Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture, and the Amazigh Poetic Creativity Award given by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication.
The poetry evening was distinguished by the presentation of poetry readings in the Amazigh language, delivered by poets Halim Al-Madani, Khadija Balmoudin, and Lahboub Beja.
This evening was also marked by honoring the creative poets Amna Kammo, Belaid Yaaziz, and Mohamed Al-Yaqoubi, within the framework of consolidating the culture of recognition.
On this occasion, certificates were presented about the path of the celebrated persons, highlighting their rich journey in the service of the Amazigh language and culture and Moroccan culture in general.
